Our breath shallows as soon as we concentrate – just watch yourself next time you touch the keyboard – when was the last time you emptied out all the stale air in your lungs? In Yoga Ayurveda we make that our sankalpa (intention) – we may not have another conscious exhalation until the next day – your breath is the key to your health – so simple and free to all!

Breathing is the first and last thing we do on this planet – so many health disorders come about due to faulty breathing… it is a process we need to re learn.
